This smoothie is full of natural sugar and as refreshing as it gets. It makes for a cooling snack on a summer day or a healthy addition to your usual breakfast.

1 cup vanilla yogurt
4-6 ounces frozen berry mixture (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries)
3-4 ounces frozen strawberries
1 handful fresh strawberries and blueberries
1-2 cups juice (pomegranate juice like Pom, apple juice, grape juice etc.)
1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add more juice or berries to change the consistency.
Good to know:
If Pom is used, add a little bit of sugar to the mix.
