Make guacamole the authentic way–with three ingredients, as smooth or as chunky as you like.

2 tablespoons lime juice (or lemon juice)
Salt to taste
1. Peel and mash the avocados in a medium bowl.
2. Stir in lime or lemon and salt and pepper.
3. Optional: Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow flavors to mellow.
4. Serve with your favorite chips or spread across a slice of toast for a healthy snack.
Good to know:
You may also stir in a spoonful of your favorite salsa or 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, and 1 clove of garlic for added flavor.
