4 Anaheim chilies, roasted, peeled, seeded
4 jalapeños, seeded, chopped into quarters
5 Roma tomatoes, chopped into quarters
2 Habanero chilies, seeded (omit if the heat scares you!)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
2. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
