4-5 pound pork loin roast
Large onion, sliced
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1. Place roast and onion in slow cooker. Add bay leaf, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
2. Cover. Cook on high for 1 hour and then on low for 6 hours.
3. Slice and serve.
