Savory Pork Roast (Crock Pot Recipe)

The hardest part of this recipe is waiting for the pork to cook completely, while the entire kitchen is filled with the aroma of slow-cooking meat and onions.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 7 hours
Serves: 8-10


4-5 pound pork loin roast
Large onion, sliced
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder


1. Place roast and onion in slow cooker. Add bay leaf, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
2. Cover. Cook on high for 1 hour and then on low for 6 hours.
3. Slice and serve.
