Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15-20 minutes
Trader Joe’s chopped greens (collard and other greens)
Splash of olive oil
Splash of vinegar (such as Balsamic vinegar)
1. Fill a medium sized sauce pan up to the top with the chopped greens.
2. Pour a swig of olive oil on top and cover the pan with a lid.
3. Cook on low for 15-20 minutes or until the greens shrink and become soft, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent sticking.
4. Serve with a dash of vinegar.
