Vegetable Beef Soup (Crock Pot Recipe)

This soup will fill you up without feeling heavy and will ensure that you are warm and happy for the rest of the day.

Cook Time: 6-7 hours
Serves: 4-5

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
2 cups tomato juice
2 cups beef broth
1 pound frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on High for 3 hours and then on Low for 3-4 hours.
