Ingredients:
1 pound precooked, smoked sausage (like kielbasa)
2 cans sliced white potatoes, including juice
2 cans cut green beans, including juice
Directions:
1. Cut the sausage into 1-2-inch slices and toss them into a medium to large pot.
2. Add the potatoes and the green beans, including the vegetable juice.
3. Simmer on medium heat with a lid on for 10 minutes.
